Nicole Paulie is a Psychologist currently providing counselling in Dublin. She is also co-authored the new book “How to be Happy and Healthy – The seven natural elements of mental health.” Ms. Paulie’s training in both inpatient and outpatient settings in the United States and Ireland has allowed her to develop many skills in the therapeutic setting. This allows her to tailor the sessions to meet each individual client’s needs. Her style of therapy is an eclectic one, as she believes that no one therapy model is guaranteed to treat or help everyone.
