Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a good week. As I mentioned previously, I’m starting a new group therapy in January called Lifestyle Changes for Emotional Well-Being. It is based on the idea that there are various changes we can make in our lifestyle to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The course is over a 12-week period, and each member will also be provided a personal trainer. The total cost of the group? Only 36 euro per week.  I’ve discussed many times on this blog how things like diet and exercise can vastly improve your mood. Feel free to check out some of these previous articles!
