Have you been interested in learning in Mindfulness, but have just never signed up, or don’t know where to start? If you’re in Dublin City, I have good news for you! There is now another place where you can learn mindfulness!
Every Tuesday evening in Dartmouth Square Mari Kennedy and other mindfulness teachers from around town run a mindfulness group. As she says on the Happenings website…
Mind the gap
€5 for the class and your money goes into enhancing the square!
Pause……..Practice ……and Play with Mari Kennedy
Mindfulness is a practice and training that develops our innate capacity to find peace and contentment in a busy, frantic, ever changing world. Mindfulness teaches us how to relate to ourselves and to our lives no matter what is going on. We learn how to pay attention, be more present and respond rather than react to the messiness of life. It takes practice but it can change your world! Dublin’s city parks, breathing spaces and havens of tranquillity in the
middle of the hectic city are the perfect places to pause, practice and play with mindfulness.
Hurry up though, because classes will only run through October 28th!
